How long do your fragrances last? If you keep your fragrance in a cool and dark area and it can last up to 2 years.

How long does your NoMo body creme last? We recommend using it within 6 months of opening.

How long does your NoMo body wash last? We recommend using it within 12 months of opening.

How can I ensure I don’t have an allergy to your fragrances? We list all our ingredients, simply click the link on the product page. Our products are 100% vegan, never tested on animals, and are paraben/phthalate free.

Do you use natural ingredients? We use both natural and synthetic ingredients in our products and comply with the always-evolving strict safety and environmental regulations of the International Fragrance Research Association (IFRA). 

Are your products organic? Whenever we can use organic ingredients we do. However, it is not always possible (not all ingredients come in organic form). Our NoMo body creme is mostly organic, for instance.

Do you offer samples? We do have a sample program where you can order a sample for free (the sample is free with the code SAMPLESHIPPING and you will be receiving a $5 coupon for your next purchase). We ask you to contribute to the shipping costs as we are a small company.

SHIPPING

How much does shipping cost? We waive shipping costs for orders above $50 using USPS. Below $50, it varies depending on the destination, but we do not mark up shipping costs.

How long does it take for me to receive my order? We typically ship orders within 5 business days and an automatic confirmation email goes out once shipped with tracking number. Delivery times varies with the destination (We ship from the NJ/NYC area)

Where do you ship? We are shipping anywhere in the Continental US. We are not able to ship to Hawaii, Puerto Rico or Internationally at this time. We can make exceptions for large orders if you are interested please contact us at customerservice@fragrance-with-benefits.com

RETURNS

Do you accept returns? We accept returns for our fragrances and travel sets by mail within 14 days of the delivery. Items must be returned in their original packaging and in unused and unopened condition and a tracking number/proof of delivery must be provided. As soon as we receive the item we revert the charge to the card used for the purchase. To start a return please email us at customerservice@fragrance-with-benefits.com
